Attorney Andrew S. Crouch practices criminal defense and employment law in state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts. He has represented clients in a variety of legal settings, ranging from the pre-trial stage to the appellate process.
In his criminal work, Attorney Crouch represents juvenile and adult defendants in proceedings throughout the state, including arraignments, probation revocation hearings, trials, and appeals.
In his civil litigation work, Attorney Crouch listens and takes the course best suited to meeting his client's needs. If the circumstances are right, he will attempt to negotiate a successful settlement for his client without the need to ever enter a courtroom. If an out-of-court settlement is not possible, however, Attorney Crouch will not hesitate to litigate your case.
Prior to starting his solo law practice, Attorney Crouch practiced criminal and employment law with several small law firms in the Boston area. Attorney Crouch has been an adjunct professor of law at New England School of Law, where he taught appellate advocacy skills to second-year law students. He has also served as a law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court and to the Honorable Mark Green of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Mr. Crouch is a cum laude graduate of the Hamline University School of Law, where he was an editor for the Law Review.
