Attorney Andrew S. Crouch practices criminal defense in state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts. He has represented clients in a variety of legal settings, from negotiating resolutions before charges are filed to winning reversals in the appellate courts.

In his criminal work, Attorney Crouch represents juvenile and adult defendants in all types of proceedings throughout the commonwealth, including arraignments, probation and parole revocation hearings, trials, and appeals. He recently won a unanimous reversal of a client's convictions before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. A copy of that decision can be found here.

Attorney Crouch also focuses his practice on representing parties in appeals before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Appeals Court, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He also represents petitioners before civil forums, including student expulsion hearings and proceedings before the Sex Offender Registry Board.

Prior to starting his solo law practice, Attorney Crouch practiced criminal and employment law with several small law firms in the Boston area. Attorney Crouch has been an adjunct professor of law at New England School of Law, where he taught appellate advocacy skills to second-year law students. He has also served as a law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court and to the Honorable Mark Green of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Mr. Crouch is a cum laude graduate of the Hamline University School of Law, where he was an editor for the Law Review.
